5th grade is working hard to prepare for the Simulated Congressional Hearing on Tuesday 6/6!

STEMulating Minds is hosting the 5th HoCo STEM Festival on June 4th from 1-5pm in the brand new Science and Technology Building at HCC. In its first four years, the Festival has drawn thousands of students and parents to explore the wide world of STEM.

Please return all media books ASAP. As June 14, 2017 approaches we have over 300 lost or overdue books. If you cannot find a lost book, please remit $14.00. This will clear up your child's' account in the media center. Thank you so very much for your help with this.

The end of the school year is fast approaching! If your child has medication in the Health Room it MUST be picked up by an adult by 12:00pm on Wednesday, June 14th (unless your child will attend summer school). Any medication not picked up by that time will be disposed. Children are not allowed to carry medication to and from school.

The Huntington Dolphins swim team will start their practice season on Tuesday, May 30th at the Huntington Pool on Murray Hill Road. The first week of practice is free, so come and show us your strokes! For more information, please visit columbiapools.org and locate Summer Swim Team.

You can bike with a cop on Saturday, May 20 at 9:00am! Kids age 5-12 and their parents are invited to bike the Columbia Association Lakefront with officers from HCPD’s Pathway Patrol Section.

Cub Scout Pack 617 will be holding their Spring Recruitment Evening for boys in Kindergarten through 4th grade on May 23rd at 6 pm in the Bollman Bridge Elem. Media Center.
