Miss Schurman, a BBES 5th grade teacher applied for a grant for literature circle materials for her class.  Click on the link to vote for her grant.

Parent teacher conferences will be held Wednesday, February 10th and Thursday, February 11th starting at 12:40. Grades 3-5 will be holding math conferences; and K-2 will be holding reading conferences.  You can link to the pickatime website 24/7 starting Thursday, January 28th through Sunday, February 7th to schedule your conference.  Parents who used pickatime in November should remember the user name and password they created at that time; if not they will need to create a new account because we do not have access to user names and passwords.   In addition, parents that used pickatime in November will not need the Student ID.    Parents of children who started after the fall conferences will receive a green flyer with detailed information on how to use pickatime as well as the necessary student ID information.

Directions for using pickatime are also available on the website should you need a refresher.  Please be sure to schedule your conference as soon as the system becomes available so that you can get the time slot you want.

Thanks and Happy Conferencing.    Dee McCleary

Cold days are here.  Please send your child to school dressed for outdoor weather.  All students go outside for recess unless it is below freezin, raining, or snowing.
