Absence Notes and COVID testing results

If you need to send an absence note for your child, please send the following information to the email address: BBESAbsence@hcpss.org 

• Child's name
• Date of absence
• Reason for absence
• If you have a doctor's note, please upload that note and include in the email. 

If you have COVID19 PCR test results to submit, please email them to luz_del_valle_sanchez@hcpss.org Please note, your child cannot return until the testing results have been reviewed by the Health Room.
