The Federal Impact Aid Survey is being sent home in this Wednesday's take home folder.  These forms only need to be completed  by parents if they are employed on federal property in Maryland, are on active military duty anywhere in the world or are a foreign government military officer.  Please use a No.2 Pencil and return this form to the school no later than Friday, November 3rd.   Please do not fold or staple this document.   Please make sure that once you complete the form as instructed, you must sign the form at the bottom.  If your child was not registered at our school by September 25th you will not receive one. Please return this form  by Friday, November 3rd.
