If we do not have an updated emergency card for your child for the 2017-18 school year, he/she will not be permitted to go on field trips.   Go to http://www.hcpss.org/connect/ to complete this form online. Be sure to complete each section of the online card.  It will not allow submission until all sections are complete.  If you continue to need assistance, please call Mrs. McCleary at 410-880-5920. A paper copy of the emergency card will be sent home with progress reports on Thursday, October, 12th,  if at that time one has not been completed online.  If you receive this paper form, please return it in the same envelope by the next day, Friday, October. 13th. Emergency cards will NOT be accepted the day of the field trip.
