Flu clinic consents will be coming home either today or tomorrow.  Flu clinic will be held at Bollman Bridge on Tuesday, 10/25/16.  This year we will be using the injectable flu vaccine.  It was discovered that the injectable vaccine worked better than the nasal spray.  If you know that your child does not do well with injections and you want him/her to receive the shot, please try and come to the clinic with your child.  As the date gets closer I will send out a schedule of what time each grade will be called.

Although the packet cover letter states that forms must be received no later than September 9 that date has been changed to September 17.  Forms must be returned to the health room no later 9/17.  They will not be accepted after that date.  If you do not want your child to receive the vaccine, please do not return it.  Also, please do not forget to include your health insurance information.
